What I've Quit

  • Alcohol
  • Social media scrolling
  • News consumption
  • Phone in the morning (first 2 hours)
  • Saying yes to please others
  • Processed sugar
  • Comfort over growth

What I Do Instead

  • 100 push-ups daily (building to 300)
  • 100 squats daily (building to 300)
  • Cold showers
  • 2 hours phone-free every morning
  • Read only what I choose, never what feeds choose
  • Build in public
  • Think before consuming

My Non-Negotiables

  1. 1.Freedom matters more than comfort
  2. 2.Long-term over short-term, always
  3. 3.Action over worry
  4. 4.Create more than I consume
  5. 5.Think independently or don't think at all

My Daily Routine

Morning (2 hours sacred)

  • Wake naturally
  • Lie in bed thinking (no phone)
  • 100 push-ups, 100 squats
  • Cold shower
  • Plan the day on paper

Work (6-8 hours)

  • One thing at a time
  • Deep work only
  • Phone off, notifications off
  • Build something that matters

Evening

  • Physical training
  • Read (books, not feeds)
  • Review: Did I live my principles today?
  • Sleep 8+ hours
